SMEFUNDS is an International Non Profit Organization
fighting to end poverty through the promotion of sustainable
enterprise development in Africa. SMEFUNDS promotes the
one-on-one lending approach thereby encouraging
organizations, individuals and social investors around the
world to engage in this proactive approach to help the
working poor start up a profitable small business thereby
using micro-lending to lift them out of poverty.
Led by
a proactive team of social
entrepreneurs, SMEFUNDS promotes the creation of
sustainable new small business ventures. Entrepreneurs use
small loan to buy new products, increase their sales, or
expand an existing enterprise. We have partnered with
carefully selected business partners (MFIs) all over,
thereby making reach and accessibility to be seamless and
hassle free. Every amount received via SMEFUNDS.com gets to
the entrepreneurs that the loan is intended for.

Our Agenda at SMEFUNDS are simple and obvious;
1.
Empower Entrepreneurs through capacity building; Create
strategies and tools for sustainable growth. look after
the training and information needs of the disadvantaged
sections of the economy, especially in rural and
underdeveloped areas; conduct trade- specific
entrepreneurship development programs for the benefit of
educated unemployed; provide follow up escort services
to facilitate the trainees to set up their own small
business projects with confidence and requisite
managerial competence and capability; and provide
counselling and consultancy services.
2.
We raise debt equity inform of small business loan for
our partners (MFIs) working in the local regions to
further support our entrepreneurs with the required
funding need. By providing the fund required starting,
expanding or growing a small business; entrepreneurs are
able to work diligently by lifting themselves out of
poverty.
3.
Organise a social network groups among SMEs as (SHG) -
self Help Groups. Our series of business education
programs gives guidance on how to start up a business.
Throughout the regions, we help members identify and
find solutions to issues, challenges and problems in
their own business ventures. Other members are great
inspirations to one another in a friendly supportive
ways, members makes it possible to explore wider reach
for business success.
